holywood movies like sex and the city might tell u one thing, that u can look glamorous at any age, even tho u’re way into your 40 with crow’s feet eyes and saggy boobs. but reality is a whole different thing, like a slap on your face. what the novel struck me the most was the utterly truth that it exposed. no nonsense romance. no idealistic views of love and life and the what so ever supposedly image of a novel’s manners.
didnt really like the author until I saw the movie base on another award nominated book of her. at some point u’ll just have to realize what the truth is and what not, what really happened and what was supposed to/or what u wanted it to. who’s there to judge if murdering cruel men who killed and tortured innocent animals is right or wrong? it happened so it happened. no going back. we dont really have anyone to blame.
